Luxoft
“Our company has a history of cooperating with Alena Topcheeva. We do appreciate her minute knowledge of cross-cultural communications, her vast experience of work and communication in various countries and in diverse business environments, and the solid methodology base of her trainings. Alena makes her trainings very efficient by surveying the participants before the training using a concise but useful questionnaire which helps to identify the training needs well in advance of the training itself. Luxoft offices are located all over the world so we appreciate Alena’s geographic mobility, her flexibility and willingness to travel. Her trainings are definitely a success, which is why there is a growing demand for them, so even her former students keep asking for a new, in-depth training course.”

“After the training, each participant gets a whole kit of materials on the subject, additionally to the standard participant’s notebook.”

“Working with Alena is nice and easy, given her interpersonal skills and professional charisma.”
